CGI entered into an exclusivity agreement to acquire Apside, a France-based digital and engineering services firm, in a deal expected to close in June 2025 subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. CGI later completed the acquisition on August 28, 2025, adding more than 2,500 professionals (nearly 2,200 in France).
