Chekhub Acquires Horizonline Technologies

Chekhub, a Raleigh-based operations management SaaS provider, has acquired Florida-based Horizonline Technologies, a developer of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. The deal will integrate Horizonline's CMMS functionality into the Chekhub platform and Horizonline CEO Darryl Rouse will join Chekhub's executive team; terms were not disclosed.
