Chorus Aviation Announces Agreement to Acquire Kadex Aero Supply

Chorus Aviation Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Kadex Aero Supply Ltd., an independent distributor of aircraft parts and related repair and overhaul services. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, for total consideration of approximately CAD 50 million (with customary adjustments and contingent consideration).

Chorus Aviation Acquires Falko Regional Aircraft Limited

Chorus Aviation Inc. agreed to acquire Falko Regional Aircraft Limited and certain equity interests managed by Fortress for approximately US$855 million (US$445 million cash plus ~US$410 million of indebtedness). Brookfield, through its Special Investments program, will make a strategic equity investment of US$374 million in Chorus alongside the transaction; the combined business will create an expanded regional aircraft leasing and asset-management platform.

Cicor Group Acquires Significant Business Activities of Éolane Group

Cicor Group has had its offer accepted by the Paris Commercial Court to acquire significant business activities of the French Éolane Group. The deal, closing April 22, 2025, adds around 890 employees and CHF 125 million of sales, expanding Cicor’s EMS footprint in France and strengthening its position in aerospace & defence, railway and nuclear technology markets.

Elit'Avia Acquires Pioneer Business Services

Elit'Avia has acquired Pioneer Business Services, a Newburgh, New York-based private aircraft management and charter operator, to establish a U.S. base and expand its Americas presence. The deal will keep operations at Stewart International Airport and increase Elit'Avia's aircraft under management as it splits its operations into Elit'Avia Americas and Elit'Avia International.

Aviation Starlink Acquires Certain Assets of Chrono Aviation Affiliates; Invests in Chrono Group

On November 8, 2024, Aviation Starlink Inc. closed the acquisition of certain assets of Services Aériens Lux Inc. and other affiliates of Chrono Aviation Inc., and completed related equity and debt financing for the Chrono Group. The transaction was approved by vesting and reverse vesting orders under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), and Aviation Starlink will also act as lender to fund the Group's operations post-closing. Aviation Starlink is an aviation-services operator controlled by Pierre Karl Péladeau and is headquartered in Dorval, Quebec.

VSE Corporation Acquires Desser Aerospace from Graham Partners

VSE Corporation has completed the acquisition of Desser Aerospace from Graham Partners for total cash consideration of $124 million, with a concurrent sale of Desser's Proprietary Solutions businesses to the Loar Group for $30 million (resulting in a net cash outlay to VSE of $94 million). Desser is a global aftermarket distributor of specialty aircraft tires, brakes, batteries and an MRO provider with operations in California, Tennessee, the United Kingdom and Australia; VSE and Loar expect the transactions to expand geographic reach and aftermarket/MRO capabilities.
