Indianapolis-based private equity firm CID Capital partnered with Georgia Metals in a recapitalization to support the company's growth and acquisition strategy across the Southeast. CID will continue to work with Georgia Metals' President Tripp Strickland and the transaction was financed in part by First Merchants Bank.
