Clearview Capital (Fund V) completed a recapitalization investment in AdCellerant, a Denver-based marketing technology and outsourced digital marketing services provider, with the transaction closing December 12, 2023. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; AdCellerant's founders and management retain significant equity and will continue to lead the company.
