ClinChoice Medical Development has acquired CROMSOURCE S.r.l., an ISO-certified full-service contract research organization headquartered in Verona, Italy with a US office in Cary, North Carolina. The deal expands ClinChoice's geographic coverage in Europe and the US and deepens its clinical development and staffing capabilities across pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices.
