Global investment firm Carlyle has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Adastra Group SE, a global IT consultancy specializing in AI, data, and cloud transformations, in partnership with Adastra’s founders. The transaction completion is subject to standard regulatory approvals in multiple jurisdictions, with equity funded by Carlyle Europe Technology Partners V and Carlyle Asia Partners Growth II.
