Cofomo has acquired Agilia Solutions, a Montreal-based digital solutions development and consulting firm, to strengthen its program management, architecture, Agile development and DevOps capabilities. The Agilia founders and teams will join Cofomo, consolidating expertise and expanding Cofomo's one-stop IT services offering across finance, energy and transportation sectors.
