Cognizant Technology Solutions entered into an agreement to acquire Magenic Technologies, a privately held custom software development services company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The acquisition is expected to expand Cognizant’s software product engineering footprint and bring Magenic’s agile, cloud, DevOps, and experience design capabilities into Cognizant Softvision.
