Cognizant has entered into an agreement to acquire Collaborative Solutions, a global Workday-focused finance and HR transformation consultancy headquartered in Reston, Virginia. The acquisition expands Cognizant's cloud offerings and adds deep Workday advisory, implementation and managed-services capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q2 2020.

Cognizant to Acquire 3Cloud

Cognizant has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 3Cloud, an independent Microsoft Azure services provider and Azure-dedicated AI enablement solutions company. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Advania Acquires Servium Limited

Accenture Federal Services Acquires Cognosante

Accenture Federal Services has acquired Cognosante, a provider of digital transformation and cloud modernization services to U.S. federal health agencies. Cognosante, which has won more than $300 million in federal prime contracts over the last two years and counts the VA and CMS among its largest customers, will be merged into Accenture Federal Services; terms were not disclosed.

Cognizant Acquires New Signature

Cognizant announced it will acquire New Signature, a leading Microsoft-focused cloud transformation specialist, to form a new Microsoft Business Group and expand Cognizant's hyperscale cloud advisory and managed services capabilities. The deal (financial terms undisclosed) will bring New Signature’s more than 500 cloud experts into Cognizant and is expected to close in Q3 2020, subject to regulatory approvals.

Cognizant Acquires Thirdera to Expand ServiceNow Consulting and AI-Driven Automation

Cognizant has entered into an agreement to acquire Thirdera, a Broomfield, Colorado-based Elite ServiceNow partner specializing in advisory, implementation, and optimization. The deal is expected to close in January 2024 and is aimed at expanding Cognizant’s ServiceNow capabilities—particularly around training/certifications and AI-driven automation—building a $1B combined business with ServiceNow.
