Commercial Metals Company (CMC) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Concrete Pipe & Precast, LLC (CP&P) from Eagle Corporation and ECPP, LLC for $675 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive and to generate $5 million to $10 million of run-rate synergies by year three.
