Comply365 Acquires Aviation Safety & Quality Solutions (ASQS)

Comply365 executed a definitive agreement to acquire Aviation Safety & Quality Solutions S.à r.l (ASQS), a provider of aviation safety and compliance management systems. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, and will combine ASQS’s iQSMS with Comply365’s existing SMS offering (SafetyNet).
