Concentric, LLC has acquired Retech, a west-coast provider of critical DC power systems and critical infrastructure construction focused on the telecom and cable industry. The deal expands Concentric's critical power service footprint to the West Coast and adds construction and EF&I capabilities for telecom, energy storage, utilities and data center markets.
