Constellation Cold Logistics Acquires Impruv Logistics AS

Constellation Cold Logistics acquired Impruv Logistics AS, adding a newly developed facility near Porsgrunn with approximately 25,000 temperature-controlled pallet positions to its Norwegian cold-chain operations. The acquisition expands Constellation’s Norwegian capacity to approximately 90,000 pallet positions and adds local food-logistics expertise and customer relationships to its European network.
