(NASDAQ: ROAD) completed the acquisition of Asphalt Inc., LLC d/b/a Lone Star Paving, a vertically integrated asphalt manufacturing and paving company operating in central Texas. The deal expands CPI's vertical integration and presence in high-growth Texas markets and led CPI to raise its fiscal 2025 guidance to reflect Lone Star's expected contribution.
