The acquisition expands Onit's footprint into industries where Legal Files has deep penetration — including insurance, education and government — and brings Legal Files' ~500 customers and decades of domain expertise into Onit's product portfolio.

The private transaction was announced May 8, 2023; terms were not disclosed and Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide advised Data-Basics.

The acquisition adds WebRecon to CORA/Constellation's portfolio of vertical-market software companies and is intended to expand CORA Group's capabilities in litigation tracking and consumer risk management; Corporate Advisory Solutions acted as exclusive M&A adviser to WebRecon.

Datacor Acquires INFONETICS

Datacor, Inc., a provider of process manufacturing and chemical distribution software, has acquired INFONETICS, a long‑standing provider of ERP and asset-management software for the welding supply and industrial gas industry. The deal expands Datacor’s industry-specific product suite (including SaaS, container tracking and e‑commerce capabilities) while INFONETICS’ president David J. Frea and his management team will continue to run the business.

Altaris Acquires Minaris Regenerative Medicine from Resonac

Minaris is a cell therapy CDMO with six facilities across the United States, Germany and Japan and more than 500 employees; the deal advances Altaris' strategic initiative to build capabilities in cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
