Corient Acquires Stonehage Fleming and Stanhope Capital (Including FFT Wealth Management Parent FWM Holdings)

Corient, a U.S. wealth advisory firm, announced plans to acquire Stonehage Fleming and Stanhope Capital Group to expand its independent wealth management platform across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The deal also includes FWM Holdings, the parent of FFT Wealth Management, strengthening Corient’s transatlantic multi-family office capabilities. Terms were not disclosed and the acquisitions are expected to close in the first half of 2026.
