Cormica Acquires Zwisler Laboratorium GmbH

Cormica, a Limerston Capital‑backed life sciences testing group, has acquired Zwisler Laboratorium, a Reichenau, Germany–based laboratory specialising in microbiological and in‑vitro testing. The deal gives Cormica its first foothold in Germany and expands its capabilities for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and packaging customers across Europe.
