Corpay Acquires GPS Capital Markets

Corpay, a global corporate payments company, completed its acquisition of GPS Capital Markets, a business-to-business cross-border and treasury management solutions provider focused on upper middle-market companies in the U.S. Corpay also highlighted that the integration of GPS (along with Paymerang) is expected to contribute meaningfully to profit in 2025 and support scaling its Corporate Payments business.

Corpay Acquires Paymerang from Aldrich Capital Partners

Corpay (NYSE: CPAY) has agreed to acquire Paymerang, a Richmond, Virginia-based provider of accounts payable automation and payment solutions, from Aldrich Capital Partners. The acquisition expands Corpay's B2B payments and AP automation capabilities across education, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing end markets; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.

TPG and Corpay Complete Take-Private Acquisition of AvidXchange

TPG and Corpay completed the take-private acquisition of AvidXchange at $10.00 per share, valuing the company at approximately $2.2 billion. TPG acquired a majority interest through TPG Capital, while Corpay invested about $550 million for a 34% equity stake with an option to buy the remainder.

Global Payments Acquires Worldpay from GTCR and FIS in $24.25 Billion Three-Way Transaction
