Nashville-based healthcare private equity firm Council Capital has made an investment in OccMD, a Dallas-based physician-led medical and nurse case management company; the transaction closed on March 20, 2024 and terms were not disclosed. Council Capital will use the investment to scale OccMD's services and expand the business into additional states and lines of insurance, and has added industry veterans to OccMD's board and leadership team.
