Covius Holdings, Inc. acquired the due diligence and surveillance businesses of Clayton Services, LLC from Radian Group Inc. The deal transfers approximately 550 Clayton associates (primarily in Tampa and Denver) to Covius and expands Covius' mortgage capital markets and loan review capabilities.
