Crusoe Energy Systems has acquired Denver-based Easter-Owens Electric Co., a manufacturer of modular data centers and specialized electrical systems. The acquisition vertically integrates Crusoe's data center design and manufacturing capabilities to increase production capacity, supply chain control and support scaling of Crusoe's Digital Flare Mitigation, Crusoe Cloud and other data center operations.

The investment will provide capital to support QE Solar's nationwide workforce growth and expand its capabilities in solar and battery storage services; QE Solar employs over 80 field technicians and engineers and services more than 2.0 GW of C&I solar installations.
