CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom to Acquire Manx Telecom Group

CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of CVC, together with Jersey Telecom (JT) will acquire Manx Telecom Group, the integrated incumbent digital-infrastructure telecom platform on the Isle of Man, from funds managed by Basalt Infrastructure Partners. The investment will be made through DIF Infrastructure VIII and is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
