Datadog announced it has acquired Adaptive ML, a frontier AI startup focused on helping enterprises build, own, and deploy specialized agents and models. Adaptive ML’s Adaptive Engine platform enables fine-tuning of open models with reinforcement learning and synthetic data, plus model evaluation using custom AI judges and A/B testing, with production signals fed back into training.

Collibra Acquires Deasy Labs

The acquisition adds Deasy Labs' capabilities for tagging, filtering and enriching documents, transcripts and other unstructured files into Collibra's unified data and AI governance platform to accelerate enterprise AI, analytics and compliance.

Datadog Acquires Metaplane

Financial terms were not disclosed.
