EX.CO, a global content-technology company, has acquired Cedato, a programmatic video technology provider, to integrate Cedato’s AI-based yield-optimization and video monetization capabilities into EX.CO’s interactive content and advertising platform. The deal expands EX.CO’s video, CTV and header-bidding offerings and aims to improve publishers’ revenue and page performance.
