(JSSI) has acquired SierraTrax, a provider of aircraft maintenance tracking software, to add digital maintenance-tracking capabilities to its suite of business aviation services. The move expands JSSI’s software offerings and combines SierraTrax’s modern platform with JSSI’s extensive maintenance data and program coverage; GTCR is the majority investor in JSSI.

SSP Innovations Acquires 3-GIS

The acquisition (closed Dec. 23, 2020) adds 3-GIS's SaaS product suite to SSP's utility GIS and telecom offering as an add-on to expand capabilities and market reach.

Envisage Technologies Acquires Guardian Tracking

Envisage Technologies, a Bloomington, Indiana-based provider of training and compliance software for public safety agencies, has acquired Guardian Tracking, an Indianapolis-based provider of early intervention and employee performance management software for law enforcement. The acquisition expands Envisage's Acadis Readiness Suite by adding Guardian Tracking’s early intervention, use-of-force, and positive recognition capabilities to accelerate its agency management roadmap.

GPS Trackit (Inverness Graham-backed) Acquires Zonar Systems from Continental
