OneDigital, the Atlanta-based insurance brokerage and HR consulting firm, has acquired Resourcing Edge (RE), a top-25 Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in Rockwall, Texas. The acquisition brings RE's PEO capabilities, roughly 750 clients and more than 20,000 worksite employees into OneDigital's offering and adds approximately 105 RE employees to OneDigital.
