Identiti Acquires Cummings Resources

Identiti Resources, a national brand implementation and facility services platform headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, has acquired Cummings Resources, a Nashville-based full-service signage and branding firm with a 115,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Dothan, Alabama. The deal expands Identiti's manufacturing capacity, project management expertise and national footprint to better serve multi-site brands across retail, hospitality and other end markets.

Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Facilities Management, LLC and Peltz Services, Inc., both based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The deal — Tech24's eighth add-on — expands the platform's coverage into central and northern Indiana and adds complementary repair, preventative maintenance, and installation capabilities for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche debt financing and an equity co-investment to support Kingswood's investment; IDX's existing management will remain in place as Kingswood pursues standalone growth and capability expansion.
