Graham Partners has acquired Gatekeeper Systems, a Foothill Ranch, California-based provider of patented, intelligent cart-based loss prevention and asset-management solutions for retail customers. Graham Partners said it will leverage its experience in retail loss prevention and IoT to accelerate Gatekeeper’s growth, expand its product development and pursue additional domestic and international markets.
