DigiCert, a provider of TLS/SSL, PKI and IoT security solutions, has acquired IoT cybersecurity provider Mocana to integrate Mocana's on-device and lifecycle security software into DigiCert's platform. The deal, backed by DigiCert's investors Clearlake Capital, Crosspoint Capital and TA Associates, strengthens DigiCert's IoT security capabilities and accelerates its presence in industrial and manufacturing IoT markets. Terms were not disclosed.

Mosaic Clinical Technologies, the technology and AI services division of Radiology Partners, has acquired Cognita Imaging Inc., a radiology-focused AI company that emerged from stealth. The acquisition integrates Cognita's vision-language foundation models into MosaicOS to expand diagnostic capacity, improve accuracy and accelerate deployment of AI-powered radiology tools across Radiology Partners' national network.

HTEC Acquires Cognits

The deal gives HTEC access to Cognits' regional talent pool and strengthens its nearshore delivery capacity for clients in financial services and other sectors.

Cognizant Acquires Devbridge to Expand Digital Engineering Capabilities

Cognizant has agreed to acquire Devbridge, a Chicago‑headquartered digital product and technology consultancy, to expand its software product engineering capabilities and global delivery footprint. The deal adds more than 600 engineers, designers and product managers across Lithuania, Poland, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada; Devbridge employees will join Cognizant Softvision. Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in late 2021.

GlobalLogic Acquires Mobiveil

The acquisition expands GlobalLogic's embedded software, hardware and ASIC capabilities and brings Mobiveil's Centers of Excellence and client relationships into GlobalLogic's digital engineering portfolio.

Indecomm Digital Services Acquires Avantica Technologies
