DC Capital Partners Management, LP made a controlling investment in Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC and will merge existing portfolio company Hill Technical Solutions (HTS) into Valkyrie. The combination expands Valkyrie's engineering, modeling & simulation, C5I, maritime modernization, and sustainment capabilities to better serve DoD and allied customers and to support future organic and inorganic growth.

The T2S founders will retain a significant minority stake and continue to lead the company as MDP provides capital and industry expertise to accelerate R&D, bring products to lead production, and expand mission-focused capabilities.
