Imperalis Holding Corp. completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of TurnOnGreen, Inc. from BitNile Holdings, making TurnOnGreen a subsidiary of Imperalis. The buyer (OTC: IMHC) will operate through TurnOnGreen's subsidiaries, appointed Amos Kohn as CEO and intends to leverage public markets to expand TurnOnGreen's e-mobility products and services.
