MarineMax, through its superyacht division Northrop & Johnson, has acquired Superyacht Management, S.A.R.L. (SYM), a yacht management company based in Golfe-Juan, France. The acquisition expands Northrop & Johnson's service offerings into yacht management and new-build construction support, and MarineMax expects the deal to be accretive in the first full year.
