Odyssey Logistics acquired RPM Consolidated Services, Inc., a Fullerton, California–based freight forwarding and warehousing provider, effective January 28, 2020. The acquisition integrates RPM into Odyssey's Multimodal Global Solutions Division to expand Odyssey's domestic offshore freight forwarding and warehousing capabilities across Jones Act markets such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Gladstone Capital provided a junior debt facility to support the transaction; the new ownership plans to invest in RPM's technology and service capabilities to accelerate growth across North America and Europe.
