CTG Acquires Eleviant Tech to Expand Digital Transformation and SaaS Capabilities

CTG (Nasdaq: CTG) has acquired Eleviant Tech, a Dallas-based digital transformation firm, to strengthen CTG’s capabilities in AI/ML, intelligent automation, cloud migration, and SaaS platforms. The acquisition adds approximately $10 million of annualized revenue, increases CTG’s global delivery capacity with Eleviant teams in Chennai and Coimbatore, India, and is expected to be accretive to operating results.
