The acquisition supports Isla Délice's international expansion across Europe and Christophe Hoste will continue to manage Hoca within the Isla Délice group.

Dutch private equity firm Parcom Private Equity has agreed to acquire the majority stake in Group of Butchers from funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe. Group of Butchers, headquartered in Tilburg, Netherlands, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of artisanal meat products (about 900 employees; ~€280m revenue forecast for 2020); Parcom intends to support further buy-and-build expansion and broaden the company’s customer and product portfolio. The financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to competition approval.

Industrias Bachoco Acquires RYC Alimentos

Industrias Bachoco S.A.B. de C.V. has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of RYC Alimentos, a multiproduct meat processor and distributor with productive facilities in Puebla and ~21 retail stores across four Mexican states. The transaction includes two plants and was valued at approximately $61 million in stockholders' equity; RYC reports around $150 million in annual sales and employs more than 900 people.
