The Home Depot has acquired SRS Distribution, a leading U.S. specialty trade building-products distributor, for an enterprise value of approximately $18.25 billion. The deal (closed June 18, 2024) brings SRS's branch network, sales force and delivery capabilities into The Home Depot to accelerate growth with residential professional customers and expand the company's total addressable market.
