Hub International Acquires Assets of Hiles-McLeod Insurance, Inc.

Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Hiles-McLeod Insurance, Inc., an independent commercial and personal insurance agency based in Pensacola, Florida. The Hiles-McLeod team, including President Mike Eddins and Vice President Jason Broxson, will join Hub Gulf South as part of Hub’s expansion in the Florida Panhandle; financial terms were not disclosed.

Combined HCM, based in Diamond Bar, California, provides human capital management services including HR, recruiting, payroll, benefits and commercial insurance; the deal expands Hub's HCM capabilities and presence in the Los Angeles/Orange County region.
