The Marygold Companies Acquires 7.95% Stake in Midland Capital Holdings Corporation

The Marygold Companies, Inc. (NYSE American: MGLD) purchased a 7.95% ownership position in Delaware-based Midland Capital Holdings Corporation (MCHC) for $1.8 million, and also received warrants to buy additional shares. MCHC's principal operating entity is Midland Federal Savings and Loan Association, headquartered in Bridgeview, Illinois; Marygold says the investment supports its strategy of expanding in financial services/fintech and will help enhance the bank's offerings and technology.

KE Holdings Inc. Acquires Shengdu Home Renovation Co., Ltd.

KE Holdings Inc. (Beike) has completed the acquisition of Shengdu Home Renovation Co., Ltd. for an aggregate consideration of RMB3.92 billion in cash plus 44,315,854 Class A ordinary shares. Shengdu, a Hangzhou‑headquartered full‑service home renovation provider founded in 2002 with broad East China coverage, becomes a consolidated subsidiary to accelerate Beike's expansion of its home renovation and interior‑services capabilities.

Seino Holdings Acquires Majority Stake in Mitsubishi Electric Logistics (Renamed MD LOGIS)

Seino Holdings acquired 66.6% of Mitsubishi Electric Logistics Corporation from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and the company was renamed MD LOGIS CORPORATION. Following the share transfer, Seino holds 66.6% of voting rights and Mitsubishi Electric retains 33.4% as an equity-method affiliate.
