Desch Plantpak (Lincolnshire-backed) Acquires Interplast Plastic Products (IPP)

Desch Plantpak B.V., a portfolio company of Lincolnshire Management, has acquired Interplast Plastic Products (IPP), a Netherlands-headquartered manufacturer of injection-moulded horticulture pots and trays. The deal expands Desch's injection molding capacity and Eastern European footprint, combining manufacturing operations across the Netherlands, the UK and Poland and creating a larger integrated horticulture container platform.
