Dillon Consulting Limited has acquired Counterpoint Engineering Inc., a Vaughan, Ontario–based civil engineering and land development consulting firm founded in 2002. The acquisition will integrate Counterpoint as a wholly owned subsidiary to expand Dillon's land development and urban renewal capabilities across the Greater Toronto Area and support planned growth of its land development business unit.
