DNOW Inc. to Acquire Whitco Supply, LLC

DNOW Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Whitco Supply, LLC in an all-cash transaction, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The companies will continue to operate independently while approvals are pending. The acquisition is intended to diversify DNOW’s end markets, expand customer coverage in the midstream and other energy markets, and strengthen earnings and free cash flow.
