Dover Acquires Bulloch Technologies, Inc.

Dover (NYSE: DOV) has completed the acquisition of Bulloch Technologies, Inc., a Canada-based provider of point-of-sale, forecourt controller, and electronic payment server solutions, for CAD150 million plus contingent consideration. Bulloch will join Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) within Dover's Clean Energy & Fueling segment to expand DFS's digital and POS capabilities and support Bulloch's U.S. expansion using Dover's sales and service infrastructure.
