DOXA Insurance has acquired CPH Insurance, a Chicago-based specialty managing general agent (MGA) that provides professional liability products for mental health, allied health and healthcare professionals. The acquisition (closed June 7, 2024) expands DOXA's presence in the mental health and allied-health insurance market and brings CPH's digital underwriting and distribution capabilities into DOXA's centralized support platform.
