Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) acquired GMJ Paving Company, LLC (GMJ), an asphalt paving contractor focused on public infrastructure projects in the Houston, Texas metro area. The deal adds a hot-mix asphalt plant in Baytown, bringing Construction Partners’ total to 12 plants in the Houston metro area and complementing its nearby liquid asphalt terminal.
