The deal, supported by Duncan & Todd's private equity partner LDC, expands the group's presence into seven new towns and increases its headcount to 405 as part of a buy-and-build growth strategy.

The UK-based group — trading under Dimensions, Alexandra, Yaffy and Twin Hill — employs over 800 people, generates about £150 million of annual revenue and will use the investment to accelerate organic and international growth and pursue complementary acquisitions.
