Dura Software Acquires Fenestrae

San Antonio-based Dura Software has acquired Fenestrae, a Netherlands-headquartered provider of cloud faxing solutions (Faxination) that serves healthcare, financial, legal and government customers across 40+ countries. The deal is Dura's tenth acquisition as it expands its portfolio of hyper-niche SaaS products; Justin Brady (CEO of Dura portfolio company DB Technology) will lead Fenestrae during the transition.
