Duravant LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Woodside Electronics Corporation (WECO), a Woodland, California-based manufacturer of optical color and defect sorting equipment. The acquisition expands Duravant’s engineered equipment and automation capabilities in automated food processing and inspection, complementing its Key Technology portfolio and broadening its product offerings for food and agricultural customers.
