LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has made a significant growth investment in London‑headquartered capital markets technology firm Etrading Software to support international expansion and the development of its data and market‑infrastructure capabilities. The deal backs the existing management team led by founder and CEO Sassan Danesh; LDC directors Joseph Fison and Alex White will join the board and Emanuel Mond has been appointed Chairman.
