Xerox has acquired Groupe CT, an independent document management provider based in Laval, Quebec, to deepen its presence in the North American small and midsize business (SMB) market. The acquisition broadens Xerox’s managed document and workplace solutions in Eastern Canada; terms were not disclosed.

Xerox Holdings Corporation Acquires Lexmark International, Inc.

Xerox Holdings Corporation completed its acquisition of Lexmark International, Inc. from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital, and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre in a transaction valued at $1.5 billion (including net debt and assumed liabilities). The deal expands Xerox's print and managed print services capabilities, manufacturing capacity and global distribution reach, and is expected to generate meaningful cost synergies and accretion to adjusted EPS.
